Construction Director - Road Infrastructure

·       Oversee all construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

·       Provide strategic direction and guidance to the construction teams, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across disciplines.

·       Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project objectives efficiently.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.

·       Implement best practices in construction management and ensure adherence to industry standards.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performance.

·       Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree

·       Over 15 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a focus on consultancies.

·       Extensive experience in road infra programs or related projects are essential.

·       Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex construction projects.

·       Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

·       Thorough understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.

·       Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) would be advantageous.
