Recruitment Process

...One stop solution for all human resource needs...

At MiddleEast Hiring, the team of recruiters takes care of the entire recruitment process and framework. Precise attention is paid to the details of the candidates, keeping the timelines in mind, which are usually recommended by the clients.

Here are some of the significant steps which we follow throughout our recruitment process at MiddleEast Hiring:

1. Mapping out the client requirements

The first and foremost step is always to understand what our client needs. Even if we keep updating the candidate lists, up for hire, we still need to know the exact details of the deliverables that are demanded by the client.

Depending on these requirements, we proceed further to shortlist the candidates using extensive R&D done by our team of recruiters.

2. Finding the right list of candidates

Once the first step is clear, we focus on finding the total number of candidates that can match the exact profile which the client is looking for. For this, we rank the candidates depending upon their skills, talent, and experience.

3. Getting the screening interview done

Even when the list is finalized, there is still another stream of interviews that is left for completing the initial stages of recruitment. During this interview, we ensure that every candidate that is called for an interview is serious about the same.

This screening test or interview helps us know if the candidate can represent himself or herself with confidence or not.

4. Completing the verified reference check

Every candidate that is selected after the interview goes through the reference check that they are unaware about. It is necessary to validate the details that the candidate has portrayed throughout the interview.

5. Conducting final client interview

Through this stage, we let the client directly get involved. This is a crucial step for our clients. During this stage, our clients can judge whether the

candidate is perfect for the position they are hiring for or not.

Thus, this interview is purely conducted on the merit of the candidate. This stage requires the job-seekers to present themselves with full knowledge about the job roles, description, and even about the company that is hiring them. It shows the level of seriousness after all.

6. Closing the formal reference check

This is a kind of formality that needs to be completed. During this stage, our client and we confirm that the selected candidate can be flexible in accepting the organization’s culture and ethics.

7. Closing the recruitment process

At this stage, we focus on discussing salary, offer letter submission, as well as the date of joining, most suitable to both of the parties.
