Engineering Director

·       Strategic Leadership: Guide engineering teams toward strategic goals and innovations aligned with company priorities.

·       Cross-Program Collaboration: Work across programs to ensure resources, objectives, and project success are aligned.

·       Team Development: Mentor engineering managers and foster a culture of growth, inclusivity, and high performance.

·       Technical Oversight: Set technical direction, architecture, and best practices for scalability, security, and performance.

·       Agile Execution: Ensure coordinated, timely delivery of projects in line with agile methodologies.

·       Performance & Operational Excellence: Oversee KPIs, promote process improvements, and ensure compliance with QHSE and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:

·       Education: Bachelor’s

·       Experience: 15+ years in engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles, and a background in backend services and cloud infrastructure.

·       Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend services, cloud-hosted infrastructure, and programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++. Familiarity with databases like MongoDB and MySQL, data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka), and DevOps practices.

·       Leadership and Communication: Proven leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
