Job Functions:


Skill:

·       Manage and coordinate VIP reception activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols.

·       Receiving and following up on complaints, grievances and violations submitted to the Minister’s office by employees and the public, responding to them and submitting them to the Minister.

·       Preparing reports on the office’s achievement rates and submitting them to the direct supervisor

·       Preparing the office budget in coordination with the relevant units in the region

·       Preparing and following up on the implementation of the office’s operational plan to ensure its balance with the organization’s objectives.

·       Supervising the coordination process with the relevant parties inside and outside the entity to prepare all necessary arrangements for the Minister’s visits inside and outside the country and to cover them in the media.

·       Preparing the agendas of committees, conferences and meetings in which the Minister participates, and any information related to them, and following up on the implementation of the decisions and recommendations issued by them.

·       Supervising the preservation and archiving of all files and minutes related to the Minister’s work, while ensuring compliance with procedures.

·       Data and files integrity and confidentiality Coordination and follow-up regarding Cabinet requirements

·       Carrying out public relations activities and protocols for the Minister in coordination with the relevant organizational units.

·       Periodic follow-up of performance indicators, raising the efficiency of department employees, supervising their job commitment, and evaluating their annual performance.

·       Contribute effectively to the development of organizational objectives and strategic plans to ensure the achievement of the overall organizational goals of the office.

·       Participate in preparing the proposed strategic plan for the office in order to achieve the goals and strategy of the organization.

·       Participate in developing and motivating employees to expand efficiency and effectiveness and create a culture of team building and continuous learning to ensure

·       Providing services with the highest quality, providing administrative support and assistance, coordination and organizational follow-up of all matters and topics presented to the Minister.

·       Carrying out any other tasks related to the nature of the office’s work or assigned to the office by the Minister.

·       Establish principles and controls for managing and directing operations in the office to prevent duplication of objectives and improve productivity.

·       Reviewing ministerial decisions and submitting them for approval

·       Review of Cabinet Memoranda
