Sr. Manager Strategic Stakeholder Management

Job Functions:


Skill:

End to End Leadership Meeting Management

·       Conduct thorough pre-meeting consultations with stakeholders to fully understand their requirements, goals, and concerns

·       Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to align expectations prior to meetings with leadership

·       Ensure stakeholder objectives are clearly articulated and integrated into meeting agendas

·       Develop action plans to address stakeholder needs after meetings

·       Manage and execute follow-up actions post-meetings, ensuring that stakeholder requests and concerns are addressed in a timely manner

·       Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure stakeholder feedback is implemented effectively

Internal Stakeholder Management:

·       Act as a liaison between various internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals

·       Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support collaborative work environments and project success

·       Monitor and address any internal issues that may arise, working to align internal stakeholder expectations with company strategies

Pre-Brief Preparation:

·       Prepare detailed pre-briefs and background documents for senior executives before key meetings

·       Analyze stakeholder data to present actionable insights and relevant information that supports productive discussions

·       Ensure that meeting participants are well-prepared and equipped with all necessary materials

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

·       Conduct in-depth market research to track emerging technology trends and provide relevant insights to stakeholders

·       Analyze market data to support strategic decision-making and ensure that the company remains competitive

·       Deliver detailed reports on technology trends that may impact stakeholder objectives and organizational goals

Job Requirements:

·       Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in stakeholder management, client relations, or similar roles

·       Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities

·       Proven experience in managing high-level external and internal stakeholder relationships

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·       Experience in market research, data analysis, and reporting

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion

·       Knowledge of technology trends and how they impact business strategies

·       Bachelor’s Degree
