Senior Marketing Communication Manager

Job Functions:


Skill:

·       Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies for our focus countries, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

·       Manage and coordinate multi-channel communication campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, PR, and events.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage and thought leadership opportunities.

·       Monitor and analyze brand sentiment and media coverage, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our communication efforts.

·       Develop crisis communication plans and manage responses to potential issues effectively.

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business leaders, marketing, sales, and leadership teams, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.

·       Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

·       8+ years of corporate or agency experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.

·       Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand building and visibility campaigns.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic essential.

·       Strong networking and relationship building skills and the ability to sell ideas and work with senior leadership as required.

·       Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

·       Experience working in a matrix organization and effectively managing stakeholders at all levels.

·       Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on campaign performance.

·       Agile, proactive, and self-motivated, taking ownership of projects and working effectively as part of a team.

·       Strategic and operational as the situation requires.

·       Highly responsive, agile and adaptable to change
