- Creative Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute the overarching creative strategy for projects, aligning with brand objectives. Guide all creative output across digital, print, experiential, and other media.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor a dynamic team of designers, art directors, and content creators, fostering a culture of creativity and strategic thinking.
- Brand Strategy & Consistency: Oversee the development and evolution of the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Concept Development & Execution: Drive the creative process from concept to execution, ideating innovative design solutions that address client challenges and create memorable experiences.
- Client Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand briefs and objectives. Communicate your vision effectively, providing feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Creative Excellence & Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of design, execution, and innovation, with a keen eye for detail across all projects.
- Trend spotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations. Introduce fresh ideas and cutting-edge solutions to keep Company at the forefront of creative excellence.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the creative budget, allocating resources effectively and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with the finance team to manage overall project finances, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability.
- Stakeholder Management - Internal & External: Manage relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, alignment on goals, and effective execution of projects. Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded where possible.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and external vendors to source creative assets, production resources, and services. Negotiate contracts, ensure quality control, and maintain strong partnerships to support project success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Marketing, Event Production, and other departments to ensure alignment in brand campaigns and events.
Job Requirements:
· Proven Experience: 15+ years in creative roles, with at least 8+ years in a leadership position. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and execute large-scale, high-impact campaigns.
· Design Expertise: Mastery of design principles, trends, and technologies. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and familiarity with web design and development.
· Leadership & Mentorship: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team. Skilled in providing constructive feedback and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and digital strategies. Ability to translate business objectives into creative, actionable design solutions.
· Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate creatively and clearly, presenting and selling concepts to clients and stakeholders.
· Financial Acumen: Proven experience managing financial aspects of creative projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ability to optimize resources to meet project goals while staying within budget.
· Innovative Mindset: A passion for pushing creative boundaries and exploring new possibilities. Willingness to experiment with new techniques, styles, and technologies.
