· Oversee the complete project lifecycle for all BU initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational processes, targets, and PMO procedures.
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including scopes, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
· Manage coordination between internal and external resources, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
· Regularly review and analyze project progress reports, ensuring adherence to processes and timelines, and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
· Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project status, updates, and challenges.
· Plan and execute trade events, including roadshows, exhibitions, and familiarization trips, coordinating with Market Support Comms & PR for brand activation and Market Units for commercial success.
· Ensure all projects and events comply with internal policies and procedures, as well as local, regional, and international standards.
· Identify potential risks across project portfolios and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
· Provide detailed project status updates and performance insights to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
· Drive the adoption of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency, delivery quality, and alignment with strategic goals.
Job requirements:
· Recommended not less than 8 years of experience in relevant field
· A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred
