Operations Manager

Job Functions:


Skill:
  • Take part in developing operating and capital budgets
  • Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and control expense according to agreed budget
  • Support operational risk and audit for the purpose of corrective and preventive maintenance
  • Manage, control and support logistics and chain supply and equipment servicing
  • Responsible to crease process for increasing equipment uptime
  • Driving service contract penetration for existing Installed Base
  • Provide forecast and updated status of projects based on the set annual target
  • Responsible for delivering Sales on the department yearly budget
  • Responsible for managing the inventory and reducing stock to the minimal acceptable level
  • Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow relevant assigned quality and regulatory training in a timely manner
  • Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide operating support and guidance to staff
  • Manage and control project execution plans, tasks, timelines, milestones and deadlines
  • Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions
  • Liaise with the client on project base decisioning in order to provide quality service output as per management approval
  • Ensure to maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities
  • Ensure project documentation is quality controlled and to an expected quality standard
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze healthcare operations to initiate and propose creative improvements
  • Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns, updates, etc.
  • Participate in completion of employee appraisals, promotions, compensation and termination
  • Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic desirable
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite essential
  • SAP/ Oracle or supply chain database management knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong Business Communication Skills
  • Financial Expertise is desirable
  • Minimum of 10+ years related experience in operations under healthcare industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, equivalent to Mechanical, Biomedical, or any related course
  • Certifications in Lean or 6 Sigma is desirable
