Milele is a leading car rental and automotive trading company in the UAE. We are undergoing a digital transformation and implementing SAP S/4HANA to streamline operations and improve decision-making.

We are hiring an IT/MIS Manager to lead the SAP S/4HANA implementation and manage IT operations. This role offers growth potential into a CIO/CTO position.

Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA Implementation
• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop project plans, manage resources, and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., proprietary Matrix system).
• Manage vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.

IT Leadership & Operations
• Oversee IT support, software development, and infrastructure operations.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring high performance and growth.
• Manage IT budgets, policies, and security compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT systems and processes.

Strategic IT Growth & Future Leadership
• Align IT strategy with business objectives.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies for competitive advantage.
• Foster data-driven decision-making using SAP and analytics tools.

Requirements
• 10+ years of IT management experience.
• 5+ full SAP S/4HANA implementations (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SD, MM (mandatory); CRM, BI/BW, ABAP (preferred).
• Experience in software development, IT support, and infrastructure management.
• Project management expertise (SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
